This might take a bit. Still optimizing for speed :)
When Creativ Interior, a Romanian architecture and interior design studio known for bold, avant-garde spaces, approached me, the brief went beyond building a website.
They wanted a digital presence that could carry the same emotional weight as their interiors. Dramatic yet refined, eclectic yet controlled, grounded in noble materials and strong visual statements.
The challenge was not to explain their work, but to make visitors feel it directly from the screen.
I'm still adding to this project page so come back later for more details.
The design process started the same way their interiors do: with materials.
Marble, brass, gold accents, fine textiles, oversized artworks, and strong contrasts shaped the visual language from the outset. Moodboards focused on translating physical textures and spatial tension into a digital environment.
Rather than decorating the interface, the goal was to build atmosphere, allowing light, depth, and composition to guide the experience much like walking through one of their spaces.
A traditional, rigid grid was deliberately avoided.
Creativ Interior’s work relies on contrast, controlled imbalance, and expressive composition. A predictable layout would have flattened that identity.
The interface was instead treated as a spatial composition, where elements overlap, breathe, and unfold naturally.
Lead generation was important, but credibility came first.
In this field, trust is built through exposure and experience. The website was designed as an immersive gallery, allowing visitors to explore the studio’s work and philosophy before being asked to take action.
The final result is a website that feels closer to a curated exhibition than a conventional marketing platform.
By translating Creativ Interior’s avant-garde identity into a digital space, the site establishes credibility through immersion and sets the foundation for meaningful engagement and future leads.
This project remains a strong example of how web design can function as architecture, shaping perception and expressing identity beyond structure.
